Greg Sheldon
Founder & Executive Director
Greg Sheldon started Eden’s Rose Foundation with a simple belief: every person deserves the tools, skills, and support to thrive. For over two decades, he’s worked side-by-side with neighbors, farmers, and families—turning empty lots into thriving gardens, building programs that lift people up, and creating spaces where everyone belongs. Greg’s heart for service and hands-on approach have helped grow Eden’s Rose into a vibrant network of community projects that feed, teach, and inspire.

Jodi Sheldon
National Project Director
Jodi Sheldon brings heart, vision, and tireless dedication to her work at Eden’s Rose Foundation. As National Project Director, she weaves together partnerships, programs, and people—ensuring every project reflects the community it serves. From organizing volunteers to launching new gardens and training programs, Jodi is a driving force behind ERF’s growth nationwide. Her gift for connecting with people and belief in the power of shared work make her an anchor in the movement toward healthier, more equitable communities.

Melissa Milton
Executive Administrator
Melissa Milton serves as the Executive Administrator for The Edens Rose Foundation, where she provides vital organizational leadership and operational support to advance the foundation’s mission of food justice, ecological regeneration, and community empowerment. With a strong background in nonprofit administration and a commitment to building systems that foster collaboration and accountability, Melissa ensures that programs and initiatives run smoothly and effectively. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to community well-being make her an integral part of the foundation’s work in creating healthier, more resilient communities.

Dan Egan
Development Director
Dan Egan serves as the Development Director for The Eden’s Rose Foundation, where he leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and grant development to advance the organization’s mission of food justice, ecological regeneration, and youth empowerment. Dan’s relationship with the Foundation began in 2012, when he volunteered as a Fundraising Specialist, supporting community-driven projects and strengthening grassroots resource development.
In addition to his development work, Dan has spent more than a decade teaching environmental literacy and algebra to middle school students. This background as an educator deeply informs his commitment to community empowerment and equity, bringing both clarity and passion to his role at Eden’s Rose.

Any employee, applicant, volunteer, or intern who believes they have experienced or witnessed a violation of this policy is encouraged to report it to their supervisor, the Human Resources representative (if applicable), or the Executive Director. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly and confidentially.
Eden’s Rose Foundation prohibits retaliation against any person who files a complaint or cooperates in an investigation.
Enforcement:
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or volunteer service.
